Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant located in Haveli. The Assistant will be responsible for supporting administrative tasks, managing schedules, organizing meetings, and providing general office support. The role requires maintaining records, coordinating communications, and assisting in day-to-day office operations. Additionally, the Assistant will ensure smooth functioning of tasks aligned with the organization’s goals and maintain professional interactions with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Administrative Support and Office Management
  • Strong Communication, Interpersonal, and Organizational Skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Data Entry, and File Management
  • Ability to effectively multitask and manage time efficiently
  • Adaptability and problem-solving skills for dynamic situations
  • Experience working in an educational or similar organizational environment is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field is preferred
