Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant at Hooverbell International's Ludhiana headquarters. The Assistant will perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining records. Additional responsibilities include supporting various departments in organizing and streamlining operations, preparing reports, and assisting with day-to-day office tasks as needed. Qualifications Strong organization, time management, and multitasking abilities Proficiency in administrative tasks like scheduling, record-keeping, and communications Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with office software tools Ability to work collaboratively across different departments Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to work Previous experience in an administrative or assistant role is preferred Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field is advantageous
