The Assistant will be responsible for supporting daily office operations, coordinating shipping and logistics activities, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring seamless communication with clients and team members. The role involves assisting in project coordination, data management, scheduling, and addressing client inquiries as needed to ensure efficient workflows. Qualifications Proficiency in logistics coordination, freight forwarding, and transportation processes Strong skills in documentation, records management, and material handling Excellent communication, organizational, and time management abilities Proficiency in basic computer applications and data management Ability to work on-site collaboratively and meet deadlines effectively Prior experience in the shipping or logistics industry is an added advantage Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or related field preferred
