Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Assistant at WePath Laboratory, based in Vadodara, with some flexibility for remote work. The Assistant will perform administrative and support tasks, which include scheduling and coordinating internal and external meetings, managing daily communications, maintaining records and documentation, and providing assistance to ensure smooth laboratory operations. The role also involves liaising with team members and other departments to ensure operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Administrative Support, Scheduling, and Documentation
• Strong Communication Skills and ability to manage correspondence effectively
• Organizational Skills and Attention to Detail
• Proficiency in Computer Literacy and familiarity with basic software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office)
• Ability to manage workload independently in a hybrid work environment
• Previous experience in a healthcare or laboratory environment is advantageous
• Possession of a bachelor's degree or relevant certification is preferred
