The Assistant will be expected to perform administrative and clerical tasks, manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and provide general support to the team. Qualifications Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Proficiency in administrative tasks such as record-keeping, scheduling, and correspondence Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in work Proficiency in common office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Customer service orientation and ability to interact professionally with clients and stakeholders Experience in a support or administrative role is preferred High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business or office management is a plus
