As Assistant Director/ Senior Manager-CRC at Amity University, you will play a crucial role in Industry Connect & Placements, Student Career Development, and contributing to the overall success of the Education & Rehabilitation Sciences Domain. Key Responsibilities: - Establish and strengthen partnerships with leading corporates, MNCs, reputed Hospitals, Sports Academy, reputed Wellness Centers, etc. - Identify, invite, and coordinate recruiters for campus placements and internship drives. - Ensure placement targets are achieved in alignment with institutional goals. - Guide and mentor students on career planning, interview skills, resume building, and workplace readiness. - Organize pre-placement training, workshops, and mock interviews. - Facilitate internships, live projects, and industry visits, mid-term projects. - Coordinate industry-academia interface activities such as guest lectures, seminars, and conclaves. Desired Skills, Experience & Qualification: - Strong corporate networking and relationship-building skills. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities. - Knowledge of industry trends and hiring practices. - Student mentoring and counseling skills. - Proficiency in placement management systems and digital platforms. - Education: Masters's degree in a related field. - Experience: Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience in Corporate Relations & Placements. - The ideal candidate should have experience from Universities or Industry. - Good connections in Govt/ Private Hospitals/ Clinics for placement of Rehabilitation Sciences UG/ PG students. - Good connection to place the students of B.Ed/ M.Ed/ Physical Education in different Sectors like in Educational Administration/ Special Education/ Academic Counsellor/ Educational Management/ Sports Coaches/ corporate wellness program designers/ rehabilitation experts in sports medicine facilities.,
