As an IT Infrastructure Specialist, your primary responsibility is to implement the Global IT roadmap for Network and Client Services within the Region, aligning with the directives of Global IT Leadership. You will collaborate with the Global Network and Client Services groups and business stakeholders on high-profile projects, serving as the main escalation point for all Regional Network and Client Services issues. Additionally, you will manage Local IT Vendors for Telecom, Hardware, and MSP under the guidance of Global IT. In this role, you will actively participate in the Network and Systems group, supporting executive leadership on key projects. Furthermore, you will maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot messaging and meeting systems, support Warehouse Operations including Windows technology RF Guns and Zebra Printers, and assist in setting up Company Mobile Devices. You will play a crucial role in planning and implementing software installations, updates, and maintenance plans, working closely with the corporate Network team. As part of your duties, you will provide specialist 24/7 on-call network support, investigate ongoing faults, monitor system assets, and travel up to 50%-75%. Your role also involves coordination with 3rd party support, incident resolution, and ensuring the effective operation of the systems. To excel in this position, you must possess a deep understanding of corporate networking and systems infrastructure, proficiency in switching and routing protocols, troubleshooting network issues, and strong communication skills. Additionally, certifications such as Cisco CCNA and Fortinet are required, along with experience in network device installation and cabling.
