Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Hyderabad for an Assistant Director. The Assistant Director will be responsible for coordinating daily operations on film sets, managing schedules, supervising cast and crew, and ensuring smooth execution of the production process. Other tasks include liaising with various departments, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining detailed production logs.

• Project management, scheduling, and organizational skills
• Strong leadership and team coordination abilities
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving and quick decision-making skills
• Familiarity with film production processes and industry standards
• Ability to work long hours and handle the demands of film production
• Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable
