Role Overview: As a Sales Executive at KONE, you will be responsible for developing and nurturing customer relationships in your assigned area. You will drive solution selling methodology with architects, developers, consultants, and other influencers to ensure that KONE solutions meet customers' needs and create value. Your role will involve generating leads, opportunities, orders, and contracts to meet sales targets, as well as ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving complaints. Additionally, you will play a key role in promoting KONE's digital offering and growing KONE's market presence. Key Responsibilities: - Proactively develop and create customer relationships in your area of responsibility - Drive solution selling methodology with influencers to ensure KONE solutions meet customers' needs - Create interest and demonstrate value of KONE digital offering to influencers and customers - Generate leads, opportunities, orders, and contracts to meet sales targets - Design solutions to meet customer needs and set optimal market pricing for each solution - Ensure customer satisfaction, resolve complaints, and communicate leads and sales opportunities to the sales team - Document customer and contact information, and maintain correct data in CRM - Arrange pre-tender and pre-booking reviews, and ensure smooth handover to operations - Support finance function in money collection and drive execution of individual sales plan - Gather information about market and competitors, and provide timely and accurate reporting - Document full information of opportunities, tasks, and visits in CRM Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in customer relationship management and solution selling - Strong sales and negotiation skills with a focus on customer satisfaction - Ability to generate leads, opportunities, and contracts to meet sales targets - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in CRM systems and data management - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field Please note that KONE is committed to creating an innovative and collaborative working culture where employee engagement and sustainability are key focus areas.
