Assistant/ Deputy Manager in QA for ERW

Job Responsibilities

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant/Deputy Manager. The Assistant/Deputy Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing workflow and ensuring the efficient delivery of products.

• To Handle Customer Complaint
• Complete Anlysis of defect related to customer complaints till corrective action
• Preparing Countermeasure (CAPA) to resolve the quality issue
• Maintain CCR updation in Register
• Action Discuss with concerned persons for implimentation
• Supplier TDC preparation
• QMS MIS, PPM graph as per monthly Plan
• Handle customer audits & compliances
• Supervise inspectors, technicians and other staff and provide guidance and feedback
• Oversee all product development procedures to identify deviations from quality standards
• Inspect final output and compare properties to requirements
• Approve the right products or reject defectives
• Keep accurate documentation and perform statistical analysis
• Submit detailed reports to appropriate executives
• Be on the lookout for opportunities for improvement and develop new efficient procedures

Qualifications

• B. Tech/Diploma in Mechanical
• Preferable from Tube Industry.

Experience : 10 to 12 years
