Assistant/ Deputy Manager

As an Assistant/Deputy Manager at Avon Tubetech, your role will involve overseeing daily operations, managing workflow, and ensuring the efficient delivery of products. Your responsibilities will include: - Handling customer complaints and conducting a complete analysis of defects related to customer complaints until corrective action is taken - Preparing Countermeasure (CAPA) to resolve quality issues and maintaining CCR updation in the register - Discussing actions with concerned persons for implementation and preparing Supplier TDC - Creating QMS MIS, PPM graph as per monthly plan and handling customer audits & compliances - Supervising inspectors, technicians, and other staff, providing guidance and feedback - Overseeing all product development procedures to identify deviations from quality standards - Inspecting final output, comparing properties to requirements, and approving the right products or rejecting defectives - Keeping accurate documentation, performing statistical analysis, and submitting detailed reports to appropriate executives - Being proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement and developing new efficient procedures Qualifications required for this role include: - B.
