Job description Making outbound calls, Counseling students and informing them about various courses in partner university, Maintaining the record of conversation on provided CRM, Resolving queries of students or their parents related to courses & admission process. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Responsible for converting leads, Lead generation and regular follow ups to prospect leads for sales. • Sell online courses and achieve daily sales targets. • Updating databases and using a customer relationship management (CRM) system. • Handling enquiries and getting the enrollments done Achieving monthly targets, cold calling. • Providing in-depth information to prospective learners, includes counseling through phone, email, chat, and social media. • Identifying references through the existing customer base to increase the admission pipeline. • Responsible for data management. • Meet and overachieve the given weekly, monthly and quarterly target in terms of revenue as well as a number of enrollments. • Maintain effective communication till the time learner is on-boarded.
