Job Description

We are Hiring Assistant Category Manager (ACM)

Reports to: Category Head

Experience: 5+ years in the same or relevant category

Salary: CTC: 10 LPA Max

Role & responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the category performance with end-to-end P&L responsibility.

  • Plan and implement seasonal and long-term assortment strategies.

  • Analyse trends, consumer behaviour, and store-level feedback to optimize offerings.

  • Drive category growth through promotional planning, pricing, and product mix optimization.

  • Identify new vendor partners and manage negotiations and onboarding.

  • Coordinate with marketing, visual merchandising, and supply chain to ensure category success.

  • Supervise and mentor Buyers.

Skills Required:

  • Strong negotiation and vendor management expertise.

  • Analytical mindset with knowledge of retail analytics tools.

  • Strategic thinking and data-backed decision-making.

  • Team leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
