About the Role This is a sales operations and team handling role in marketplace business. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our platform's offerings across zones. Your primary responsibilities will include: Achieving Sales (GMV,units) targets, New selection addition targets, Advertisement extractions targets, improve speed of delievery (via FBF) from sellers Seller Onboarding & Seller Management Identify and onboard new sellers in the assigned zones. Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential sellers and drive best pricing on FK Conduct training sessions to educate sellers on platform policies and procedures. Selection Expansion: Strategically assess market demands and curate product selections accordingly. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a diverse and attractive product catalog. Drive initiatives to enhance product visibility and customer engagement. Tactical Execution: Develop and implement onboarding strategies to meet business objectives. Analyze data and performance metrics to optimize onboarding processes. Address and resolve onboarding challenges promptly and efficiently About the team This role is within Lifestyle Marketplace team for Torso & Tail portfolio
