• Assist in executing brand marketing plans across offline (retail, events) and online (social,
website) platforms.
•
Maintain consistency in brand identity and communication across all customer touchpoints.
•
Coordinate brand calendar rollouts for campaigns, festive launches, and regional activations.
• Work closely with design and merchandising teams on product naming, packaging, and
storytelling.
•
Support new collection launches with marketing inputs, sample coordination, and content
planning.
•
Help create product decks, look books, and training tools for internal teams.
•
Support the end-to-end rollout of brand campaigns from asset planning and approvals to
execution across print, digital, and in-store.
•
Coordinate with creative, digital, and showroom teams to ensure timely execution.
• Track campaign performance and share weekly reports on reach, engagement, and sales
impact.
• Assist in aligning retail storytelling (VM, POS materials, in-store experience) with online
campaigns.
•
Help build CRM campaigns, influencer collaborations, and festive initiatives.
•
Support e-commerce and social teams with brand content, copy, and visual coordination.
• Act as the link between brand, creative, media, PR, and retail operations teams.
•
Ensure timely approvals, follow-ups, and execution across departments.
•
Maintain brand trackers, budget sheets, and campaign calendars.
Monitor competitor activity and market trends — both in traditional luxury retail and digital
channels.
• Assist with customer feedback collation, survey planning, and consumer insight projects.
•
3–5 years of experience in brand marketing, preferably in lifestyle, fashion, luxury, or retail.
•
Hands-on with campaign planning, content briefing, and cross-functional coordination.
•
Strong eye for detail, aesthetics, and storytelling — with an understanding of both
traditional luxury and new-age digital culture.
•
Good communication and project management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple parallel projects
