Assistant Branch Manager (Sales B2B)

As an Assistant Branch Manager (Sales) at MinutestoSeconds, you will play a crucial role in team handling, maintaining P&L account of the allocated region, and developing new business opportunities to acquire large accounts. - Lead and manage a team for sales, collection, service, and operations. - Responsible for tracking and managing the profit and loss account of the allocated region. - Conduct cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing and potential clients to meet their requirements. - Build and maintain positive business relationships with customers and handle complaints effectively to ensure maximum satisfaction. - Develop new business opportunities by reaching out to large customers through data mining, referrals, and collaboration with the internal team and external stakeholders. - Analyze the territory/markets potential, competition products and services, and track sales reports to drive revenue generation. - Develop the team for future roles through effective training and coaching sessions.
