Role Overview: At MinutestoSeconds, we are a dynamic organization specializing in outsourcing services, digital marketing, IT recruitment, and custom IT projects. We partner with SMEs, mid-sized companies, and niche professionals to deliver tailored solutions. We are excited about the prospect of having you join our team as an Assistant Branch Manager (Sales). Key Responsibilities: - Team Handling: Lead and manage a team effectively to achieve sales targets and operational goals. - Maintaining P&L Account: Responsible for maintaining the profit and loss account of the allocated region. - Needs Analysis: Conduct cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing and potential clients to provide them with suitable solutions. - Business Relationships: Foster positive business relationships with clients and stakeholders. - Customer Outreach: Reach out to large customers through data mining, referrals, and new business development initiatives. - Conflict Resolution: Ensure prompt resolution of customer problems and complaints to enhance satisfaction levels. - Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive business growth. - Market Analysis: Analyze market potential, competitor products, track sales reports, and strategize accordingly. - Team Development: Develop the team for future roles through effective training and coaching sessions. - Collection Management: Drive collection efforts and keep Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) in control. - Key Result Areas: Focus on team handling, customer service, managing MIS/reports, revenue generation strategies, and customer relationship management. Qualification Required: - Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in B2B sales, corporate sales, and direct sales. - Proven track record in team handling and operations management. - Excellent communication skills in local language, Hindi, and English. - Possession of a two-wheeler with a valid driving license. - Confidence in dealing with clients and stakeholders. - Below the age of 35. - Stable work history without frequent job changes.
