Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Branch Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in the BFSI industry, with expertise in MLAP.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee daily branch operations, ensuring efficient service delivery.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve business targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, identifying their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Monitor and control expenses, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to budget.
Collaborate with other departments to drive business growth and expansion.
