Description We are seeking an experienced Assistant Branch Manager to support the operations of our branch in India. The ideal candidate will assist the Branch Manager in overseeing daily activities, driving sales, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Responsibilities Assist the Branch Manager in daily operations and ensure smooth functioning of the branch. Support in achieving branch sales targets and implementing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction. Supervise staff activities and provide training and guidance to team members. Handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively to maintain high service standards. Prepare reports on branch performance and participate in strategic planning. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. 4-7 years of experience in banking, finance, or a retail management role. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in MS Office Suite and banking software applications. Ability to analyze data and generate insights for decision-making. Customer-focused with a strong problem-solving attitude.
