Position Overview

Territory Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and support 5–6 FLS across different assigned locations.
  • Drive sales performance and assist team in achieving business targets.
  • Conduct regular field visits to meet FLS, agents, and clients.
  • Monitor daily reporting, productivity, and overall performance of the team.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor agency partners where required.
  • Plan and execute market activation activities to achieve business numbers.
  • Ensure compliance and maintain strong relationship with channel partners.
  • Work independently, as this role does not include office-based operations.

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum 5

    –5 years of experience

    in

    Health Insurance (HI) or General Insurance (GI) Agency Channel

    .
  • Strong field sales experience and capability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-management skills.
  • Willingness to travel frequently across assigned territories.
  • Self-driven with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
