Job Description

Assistant Branch Manager (ABM)

Location: Branch Level – Kerala (e.g. Kalpetta, Perambra, Kuttiyadi, etc.)
Department: Operations & Sales
Reporting to: Branch Manager / Regional Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Branch Manager in day-to-day operations and ensure smooth functioning of the branch.
  • Achieve monthly business targets in Gold Loan, Insurance, NCD, and SD products.
  • Lead, guide, and motivate branch staff to improve productivity and customer service.
  • Ensure 100% compliance with company policies, audit guidelines, KYC norms, and RBI regulations.
  • Handle customer queries, grievances, and resolve them promptly to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Support in conducting local marketing campaigns, loan recovery follow-ups, and lead generation.
  • Monitor vault management, cash handling, and gold security protocols.
  • Review daily reports, MIS, and assist in branch performance analysis.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Graduate in any degree

2–5 years of experience in Gold Loan / NBFC / Banking sector.

Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.

Knowledge of Insurance, NCD, and Deposit products will be an added advantage.

Proficiency in MS Office and local language (Malayalam).

Salary: As per industry standards + Attractive incentives based on performance.

Job Title: Senior Customer Care Executive (Sr. CCE)

Location: Branch Level – Kerala
Department: Sales & Operations
Reporting to: Branch Manager / ABM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle Gold Loan transactions, renewals, releases, and customer service at the counter.
  • Achieve assigned targets in Insurance, NCD, and SD product sales.
  • Maintain proper documentation, KYC, and system entries as per company policy.
  • Ensure accurate appraisal and safe custody of gold ornaments.
  • Generate leads through walk-ins, referrals, and local contacts.
  • Assist the ABM/BM in daily reports, cash balancing, and vault maintenance.
  • Maintain branch hygiene, discipline, and customer relationship management.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Graduate with 2–3 years of experience in NBFC/Gold Loan/Banking sector.
  • Good communication, sales aptitude, and customer service orientation.
  • Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Email, CRM systems).
  • Willingness to take responsibility and achieve sales targets.

Salary: As per company norms + Monthly incentives.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹16,500.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
