Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Conduct site inspections to identify potential customers' needs and provide technical services solutions.
  • Manage primary & secondary sales targets for commercial vehicle segment in Pune region.
  • Develop relationships with OEM dealerships, body builders, and other stakeholders to increase business opportunities.
  • Demonstrate products at customer sites to showcase their features and benefits.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, operations) to achieve sales goals.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2-4 years of experience in auto industry, preferably in commercial vehicles or related fields such as OEM Sales or Technical Services.
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field (e.g., B.Tech/B.E. Chemical, B.Tech/B.E. Paint/Oil).
  • Strong understanding of paint application processes for various materials used in commercial vehicles.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective relationship-building with customers and colleagues.
