Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Conduct site inspections to identify potential customers' needs and provide technical services solutions.
Manage primary & secondary sales targets for commercial vehicle segment in Pune region.
Develop relationships with OEM dealerships, body builders, and other stakeholders to increase business opportunities.
Demonstrate products at customer sites to showcase their features and benefits.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, operations) to achieve sales goals.

Desired Candidate Profile

2-4 years of experience in auto industry, preferably in commercial vehicles or related fields such as OEM Sales or Technical Services.
Bachelor's degree in relevant field (e.g., B.Tech/B.E. Chemical, B.Tech/B.E. Paint/Oil).
Strong understanding of paint application processes for various materials used in commercial vehicles.
Excellent communication skills for effective relationship-building with customers and colleagues.
