Assistant Applications Manager

Role Overview: You will be responsible for handling technical trials, trouble shooting, and new product introduction trials in the assigned territory for the Beverage Alcohol / Distilling unit at Brenntag India. This client-facing role requires you to work independently as well as closely with the account team network to generate revenue, maintain good business relations, and support both existing and prospective customers. Key Responsibilities: - Support existing and prospective customers with product shift trials, new product introduction trials, and trouble shooting activities. - Conduct Up Selling and cross selling technical activities for existing products to new customers and new products to existing customers. - Perform plant audits, HPLC sampling activities, and lab activities in Gurugram lab to ensure strong technical support for customers. - Update CRM with all customer-related activities and key opportunities (OPPs). - Attend regular meetings with assigned customers to understand their issues, pain points, and queries, resolving them with the Sales Team member. - Conduct product and process training sessions at Key customers and arrange visits to Brenntag lab for application trials and other activities.
