Assistant Analyst, Sustainability

As a member of the Corporate Sustainability team at WSP, you will play a crucial role in supporting the USA and Global Corporate Sustainability teams by providing data analysis. Your primary responsibility will be to gather, analyze, monitor, and report sustainability data from various sources within the business and management services for global and USA reporting purposes. You will also be expected to act as the subject matter expert for the Horizon internal business management system and assist in improving the platform. Key Responsibilities: - Gather, analyze, monitor, and report sustainability data from various sources - Act as the subject matter expert for the Horizon system - Extract and analyze data points from different systems and spreadsheets - Support GHG emissions calculations and sustainability metrics reporting - Create and manage dashboards using Power BI or similar software - Act as a superuser for technical platforms used by the Corporate Sustainability team - Stay updated on regulatory requirements and assist in managing data inputs - Update and maintain content on department SharePoint(s) and Canopy pages Qualifications Required: - At least 2 years of professional experience in data management and analysis - Advanced user of Excel and reporting tools like Power BI - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English - Ability to collaborate positively with stakeholders at different levels - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs such as Teams, Word, and Excel WSP is a leading professional services consulting firm dedicated to technical expertise and strategic advisory services.
