Assistant Accountant

We are committed to excellence, efficiency, and innovation in everything we do. To strengthen our finance team, we are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accountant Assistant.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining day-to-day accounting records and bookkeeping.
• Prepare and process invoices, vouchers, and receipts.
• Support in accounts payable and receivable management.
• Assist with bank reconciliations and ledger entries.
• Help in preparing financial reports, statements, and MIS as required.
• Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams for account-related queries.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.
• Support the senior accountant and finance team in audits and month-end closing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Accounting/Finance or related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant accounting or finance experience (freshers with strong knowledge may also apply).
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally ERP/SAP/QuickBooks preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
