Key Responsibilities

• Maintain

  daily bookkeeping

  in Zoho Books / Tally or other accounting systems.
• Record all

  construction-related transactions

  – material purchases, vendor bills, labour payments, and petty cash.
• Track

  project-wise costs

  and assist in preparing cost-to-completion reports.
• Support

  bank reconciliation

  , GST data preparation, and vendor payment schedules.
• Coordinate with

  site engineers

  and

  project managers

  for expense verification.
• Prepare and maintain

  supporting documents

  for audits and statutory compliance.
• Assist the Senior Accountant in

  monthly closing

  and management reports.

Qualifications

• B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance)

  or equivalent.
• 3–6 years of experience in accounting (construction experience preferred).
• Hands-on with

  Zoho Books

  ,

  Tally

  , or

  MS Excel

  .
• Basic understanding of

  GST, TDS, and vendor management

  .
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, and follow-up skills.
