Assistant Accountant

Job Description

Position: Assistant Accounts
Department: Accounts & AdministrationReporting To: Accounts Officer / Senior Accounts OfficerOrganisation: Anzen Exports Exports PVt. Ltd

Key Responsibilities

a. Record daily cash and bank entries accurately in the accounting system.
b. Record and verify expense entries in accordance with company policies and supporting documents.c. Prepare payment advices and assist in processing payments to vendors and employees.d. Prepare bank reconciliation statements (BRS) on a periodic basis and resolve discrepancies.e. Update attendance records, maintain attendance data, and circulate salary payslips to employees.f. Perform other miscellaneous clerical, accounting, and administrative work as assigned from time to time.

Additional Responsibilities (Value Addition)

Maintain proper filing and documentation of vouchers, bills, and payment records. Assist seniors during month-end and year-end closing activities.
Coordinate with HR and Accounts teams for payroll and attendance-related data. Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with internal controls.Support audits by providing basic records and explanations when required.

Key Skills & Competencies

Basic knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping Familiarity with accounting software and MS Excel
Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately Good coordination and communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,051.80 - ₹18,623.60 per month
