Job Title: Account Assistant Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Account Assistant to support our accounting team. The successful candidate will assist in managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Assist in processing financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable. 2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers and journals. 3. Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies. 4. Prepare and review financial reports, including invoices and statements. 5. Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes. 6. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, policies, and procedures. 7. Provide support to the accounting team during audits. Requirements: 1. Basic accounting knowledge and experience. 2. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero). 3. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. 4. Excellent communication and analytical skills. 5.
