Asst Acct Manager

Reports to – Accounts and Finance ManagersCoordinates with – Accounts and Finance DepartmentPosition Summary – The position of Asst Manager is responsible for a wide variety of accounting duties in support of the accounting and Finance team.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities –

Reporting all kinds of compliances with various departments (e.g filling GST returns, preparation and submission of CGC reports, EDC reporting, Insurance reporting, etc)
Preparing M2M reports.
Responsibility in regards to Balance Sheet schedules.
Intercompany reconciliations.
Inventory management.
Managing Audit.
Ad hoc analysis, tasks and reconciliations as well as other duties assigned by supervisors and managers.
The position will also be trained to provide other supports to other accounting functions including month end closing, MIS reporting, etc.

Requirements –

Good excel skills
Sound knowledge in accounting principles and concepts.
Graduate in commerce. Qualified CA/ICWA will be added advantage.
Effective written and communication skills in English.
Ability to ask detailed questions to identify potential discrepancies and prioritization based on deadlines.
