Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Management:

    Provide work direction and ensure performance and productivity of the ARA Readiness Team Members.
  • Process and Procedure Development:

    Establish, Document, and Execute processes and procedures for the ARA Readiness Team. Perform regular Continual Improvement activities to ensure function efficiency.
  • Support Service Owners:

    Function as the Point of Contact between US based Service/Process Owners and the ARA Readiness Function.
  • Process Governance:

    Ensure Governance and Approvals are established for the end to end delivery of the ARAs.
  • Standardize Evidence Delivery:

    Work with Service and Process owners to establish procedures to define, review, collect, store, and provision available evidence to ensure compliance and efficiency. Maintain a centralized repository for evidence collection.
  • Tool and Process Expertise:

    Develop expertise in the ARA Tool and Archer to minimize effort in the ARA Process and Fit-Gap analysis. Execute continual improvement on the ARA Process delivery.
  • Issue and Problem Governance:

    Support the resolution of Issues and Problems acting as the POC between Service/Process Owners and Security Governance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Security, or a related field.
  • Certifications in Security, Risk, and/or Audit capabilities.
  • 6-8 years experience in compliance and governance processes within a technology or services environment.
  • 2-4 years experience in team management and process development.
  • Deep familiarity with Governance Risk and Compliance tools and technologies.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
