Job Summary:The Travel Operations Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of the travel company, ensuring smooth execution of tour packages, vendor coordination, customer service, and team management. The role ensures efficient handling of bookings, itineraries, and operations from enquiry to tour completion, maintaining quality service and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:1. Tour Operations ManagementManage end-to-end operations for domestic & international tour packages. Ensure all travel arrangements—flights, hotels, transfers, visas, tours—are booked accurately and on time. Prepare and verify itineraries before confirming to clients. Handle last-minute changes, cancellations, and emergency support during travel. 2. Vendor & Supplier CoordinationCoordinate with hotels, DMCs, airlines, transport providers, guides, etc. Negotiate rates and maintain good relationships with vendors for better pricing and service. Ensure vendor service quality and timely communication. 3. Team ManagementSupervise operations executives, tour coordinators, and support staff. Assign tasks and monitor team performance. Conduct training for new team members on processes, systems, and customer service. 4. Customer Support & Service QualityServe as the escalation point for customer issues before and during travel. Ensure timely response to client queries and smooth service delivery. Maintain high customer satisfaction and handle feedback for improvement. 5.
