Asset Management

The key responsibilities for this position include: Asset Tracking and Management: You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of all IT assets, including hardware, software, and related licenses, using an asset management system. Lifecycle Management: Your role will involve managing the entire asset lifecycle, from procurement and deployment to maintenance, upgrades, and retirement. Compliance: It will be your responsibility to ensure compliance with hardware and software licensing agreements, company policies, and relevant regulations. Procurement and Disposal: You will be coordinating with vendors and procurement teams for asset acquisition and managing the disposal process for retired assets. Reporting and Analysis: Your tasks will include generating reports on asset inventory, utilization, and costs, and analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Collaboration: You will work closely with various teams, including IT, finance, procurement, and legal, to ensure alignment with business objectives.
