Job Description:
1. To manage smooth end to end operations in all perspective i.e., hard & soft services of all the sites including business development for the organization.
2. To prepare & forecast cost effective budget of CAM utilities and CAM financial data including CAM related procurements. To prepare AOP, P&L and financial sheets as & when required.
3. To work in conjunction with Business Development team to generate new business (overall business growth perspective including technical).
4. To coordinate, manage & control of Facility Managers for all sites in Utilities Operations (HK, tech, security, safety & others) aspect including travelling to the sites as and when required.
5. To optimize the costings of current operations to meet client demands whilst looking out the company financial aspects.
6. To deal effectively with clients and other agencies.
7. To maintain daily reporting schedules and ensure proper functioning.
8. To implement PPM checklist, PPM calendars and Log sheets of equipment and all other documents required for operation of all assets.
9. To prepare Utility Management Budget (AMC) and help management for award of equipment AMC. Initiate negotiation with vendors for better rates on renewal.
10. To support management to deal with sites all types of technical/incident / accident / emergency issues. To do Contract drafting & management.
11. Maintain manpower supply at sites without impacting P&L, CAM, AOP in conjunction with HR & BH.
12. To provide training to the facility managerial staff.
13. To maintain building/environmental/utilities compliances of all the sites and liaison with internal & external agencies.
14. Overlook security & safety aspects related to the sites.
15. Taking over new site from project teams/old vendors/management team and effectively resume operations at sites.
16. Create, implement SOPs related to technical, soft services, safety, compliances operations at sites.
17. Build operation capability to get certification of ISO, OHSAS and other accreditation in future.
18. Any other related work as assigned by the management.
