Job Description

Job Title : Assessment Team Leader

Experience: 3+ years as TL

Location: Delhi / NCR

Department: Sales and Marketing

Requirements: Should have Nursing background with strong communication skills and clinical knowledge

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Conduct patient assessments and coordinate with doctors, nursing teams, and families.
Provide financial counselling and complete consent/documentation.
Ensure timely service setup with manpower, equipment, and consumables.
Maintain strong relations with influencers and ensure high patient satisfaction.
Resolve complaints promptly and ensure compliance with Max Healthcare policies.
Maintain sales data, MIS reports, and support business growth initiatives.

Bachelor / Masters
