About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic Area Sales Manager to drive growth for MAX@Home’s healthcare services. The role involves engaging key stakeholders, identifying patient needs, and ensuring seamless delivery of homecare services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Drive sales targets and convert potential patients for homecare services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, patient relatives and influencers.
• Conduct patient assessments, provide financial counselling and obtain valid consents.
• Coordinate with clinical teams to ensure availability of staff, equipment and consumables.
• Ensure smooth stakeholder management and collaborative working with Max Hospital teams.
• Maintain sales data, prepare MIS reports, and share business insights.
• Take initiatives to enhance business growth and patient engagement.
