Assembly/Machine Operator

Job Summary:

The Assembly Machine Operator is responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining automated and semi-automated assembly machines used in the production of medical equipment and components. This role ensures products are manufactured according to established quality standards, safety regulations, and production goals in a cleanroom or controlled environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor automated or manual assembly machines to produce medical devices and components.
• Set up machinery and perform changeovers according to production schedules and work instructions.
• Inspect parts visually or using measuring instruments to ensure conformance with specifications.
• Maintain accurate production and quality records in accordance with GMP and ISO 13485 standards.
• Identify and report equipment malfunctions or process deviations to maintenance or supervision.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and minor machine adjustments as needed.
• Follow all safety, quality, and cleanliness protocols, including cleanroom gowning procedures.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency and product quality.
• Support validation and calibration activities when required.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with 5S standards.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
