Assembly Technician- Temperature Controller Division
Work You’ll Do
- He Incumbent as the Technician in the Controller Division has the primary responsibility to do the Assistance activities for the Team Leader to do the Testing the controller for effective operation for assembling
- Controller as per the standard and should complete the Controller before given Production order given Due Date .
- Ensure the Receiving Controller Parts from the Stores by cross checking its
- Quantity is as per the issue Production Order BOM.
- Ensure Assemble the Controller as per the Production Order mention Controller and for wiring should follow the Standard.
- Ensure as the Cabinet Stack and Cabinet Sub Rack Assemble to meet the Production schedule.
- Ensure Assemble completion date should be before the Due Date of the Production order date.
- Ensure the ISO Document are updated and Maintained related to the Controller Assemble.
- Ensure as the Technician should do the Cool Test and Testing the Controller to meet the Production Due Date.
- The Incumbent as the Technician in the Controller Division has the primary responsibility to do cool Testing and Load Testing the controller after the controller Assemble for standard Procedure and should complete the Testing activities of the Controller before given Production order given Due Date .
- Ensure the Testing controller should undergo the calibration , Testing and all the Controller Setting Procedure.
- Also Ensure as the Technician should do the Cabinet Assemble, Sub rack Assemble of the controller to complete before the Due Date.
- Ensure the Cabinet Quality check while receiving from the Vendor.

The Electrical Job Family is responsible for repairing, constructing, installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining electrical systems and equipment including: Installing, calibrating, and testing electrical building infrastructure, control systems, and equipment; cutting, threading, bending, coupling, and strapping electrical conduit wiring;
Basic Qualifications’
- Experience in Electronics Equipment Assembly and Testing Area.
- Ability to read the Electrical assembly Drawings to assemble the Electronics Unit.
Preferred Qualifications
Diploma or BE Electrical and Electronics with minimum 3 to 4 years’ experience in Electronics Equipment Assembly and in Testing Area.
