Assembly Supervisor

Job Description

Assemble Turbine/main Valve components and sub-assemblies according to engineering drawings and specifications. Perform mechanical checking , clarence checking on turbine/main valve to ensure proper functionality. Install bearings, seals, and other components necessary for the turbine's operation. Ensure the correct alignment , Clearance of turbine/main valve parts during assembly. Document assembly and testing procedures, including identifying and reporting any issues encountered during assembly. Collaborate with engineers and other technical staff to resolve & reduce assembly time . Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment, following all safety protocols and guidelines. Inspect and verify the quality of turbine/main valve components before and after assembly. Proven experience in mechanical assembly, preferably with turbines/main valve or large-scale machinery. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical manuals. Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and specialized turbine/main valve assembly equipment. Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Knowledge of safety practices and procedures. Willingness to travel for on-site turbine installations and maintenance as required. Show more Show less
