Assembly Engineer

Job Description

Role & responsibilities Overall, in charge of assembly operations and to guide the Assembly Supervisors & Assembly Assistants. Responsible to produce as per requirements of quality and quantity. Maintain the assembly department in organized, neat, and clean condition. Carry out processing activities including creating and making changes in machine setup Cards. To assist Assembly Officer for preventive & breakdown maintenance related activities. Manpower administration & training to operators. Clear all non-conforming materials within specified time. Overall responsible to produce as per requirement of quality & quantity. Prepare Daily production reports and other reports as required. Monitor rejection rates and raw material consumption. Responsible for clearing non-conforming material within specified time. Analysis to be carried out, reduce rejection rates and raw material consumption. To look after preventive and breakdown maintenance related activities on equipments & fixtures.
