Job Description

GOC is seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis and a proven ability to bridge business needs with technology solutions. This role requires excellent communication skills, analytical capabilities, and a deep understanding of business processes and requirements gathering.
Key Responsibilities
Business Analysis

Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
Develop detailed functional specifications, Wireframes, and process documentation.
Identify gaps and areas for improvement in business processes.
Work closely with development teams to ensure requirements are understood and implemented correctly.
Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate that deliverables meet business needs.

Documentation

Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Prepare reports, wireframes, and other documentation as required.

Stakeholder Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication.
Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback.
Provide training and support to users on new systems and processes.

Qualifications

Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in business analysis.
Strong understanding of business analysis frameworks and methodologies.
Proficiency with tools like Microsoft Office Suite / Google Workspace (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
Familiarity with business process modeling tools.
Experience with the software development life cycle (SDLC) is desirable.
