About the Role

Were seeking an experienced ASPICE SQA Engineer with 9 to 12 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance, specifically in embedded software development projects. Youll play a critical role in ensuring the quality of software products, conducting independent audits and assessments, and implementing ASPICE-based practices.

What You Will Do

1. Quality Assurance: Ensure software quality across different types of projects, including development, maintenance, testing, and test automation.

2. ASPICE Implementation: Implement ASPICE-based practices, focusing on VDA process scope and achieving at least ASPICE Level 1 implementation.

3. Independent Audits: Conduct independent audits and assessments, providing objective evaluations of product quality.

4. Process Improvement: Collaborate with multiple teams to improve and standardize processes, leveraging quality planning, process definition, and methods.

5. Metrics Analysis: Plan, monitor, and analyze metrics using Statistical Process Control methods.

What You Need to Be Successful

1. Technical Skills:

- Experience with quality assurance activities in embedded software development projects.

- Knowledge of standards like ISO 9001, ASPICE, and CMMI.

2. ASPICE Expertise:

- Experience with ASPICE-based practices, specifically VDA process scope.

- Understanding of ASPICE generic practices up to Level 3.

3. Tool Experience:

- Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and static analysis tools.

4. Communication and Collaboration:

- Excellent communication skills.

- Ability to collaborate across multiple teams for process improvement and standardization.

Bonus Points if You Have

1. Certifications:

- ASPICE Provisional Assessor certification.

- Scrum certifications like CSM or PSM.

2. Advanced ASPICE Knowledge:

- Experience with ASPICE levels beyond Level 1.

- In-depth understanding of ASPICE-based practices.
