ASM Sr. Executive (HORECA)

Role Overview: You will be working as an ASM Sr. Executive in the HORECA sector, focusing on sales of food products. Your primary responsibilities will include maintaining relationships with potential and existing clients, identifying sales opportunities, generating leads, and building and maintaining relations with institutional and retail buyers. You will also be responsible for product sales at various outlets, ensuring proper merchandising, product supply, and developing different channels such as HoReCa, Retail, and Modern Trade in surrounding areas. Additionally, you will be involved in business development, revenue generation, competitor analysis, market intelligence collection, and conducting market promotional activities. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain relationships with potential and existing clients - Research and identify sales opportunities, generate leads, and identify targets - Build and maintain relations with institutional and retail buyers - Ensure proper merchandising at outlets including HoReCa, Retail, and MT - Ensure product supply at all properties - Develop different channels such as HoReCa, Retail, and distribution in surrounding areas - Generate revenue by meeting monthly and quarterly targets - Collect and analyze competitor information and market intelligence - Conduct market promotional activities - Develop new franchise opportunities Qualifications Required: - 5 years or more experience in HORECA sales, preferably in food products Please send your CV to hrd@sankalponline.com to apply for this position.,
