1. Managing channel sales and retain distributors in the assigned territory.
2. Regular visits to the distributor & dealers for the develop rapport & maintain good relation as well achieving sales targets.
3. Effectively negotiating and finalizing sales price and discount in consultations with respective divisions/ vertical head and ensure account receivables are within agreed company norms.
4. Analyzing sales and marketing data to determine the most effective sales and marketing techniques.
5. Ensuring availability of the latest samples at the point of sale.
6. Monitoring Competitors Sale activity within assigned territory.
7. Ensuring that brand awareness within assigned territory meets company.
8. Creating various marketing strategies, promotional scheme and handling distribution management.
Proven track record of 30 - 40 lacs sales volume per month
