Job Description

Position : Territory Sales Manager

Experience : 7 years relevant experience

6 years specifically in decorative paints

Location : Sindhudurg

Education : Any Degree

Experience Required:

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage a strong dealer network of 20+ dealers in the assigned territory.
Drive business growth and generate a turnover of 15 Cr annually.
Monitor dealer performance and ensure achievement of sales targets.
Conduct regular market visits to identify new business opportunities and understand competitor activities.
Promote a complete range of decorative paint products including:

Interior Emulsions and Exterior Emulsions
Cement-Based Paints
Primers
Waterproofing Solutions
Distemper

Candidate Requirements:

Total Experience:
Minimum 10 years in sales, with
6 years specifically in decorative paints
.
Product Knowledge:
Should have in-depth experience handling decorative paint categories (as listed above).
Channel Sales Focused:
Experience must be largely in
dealer/channel sales
, not in
project sales
.
Language Proficiency:
Must be fluent in Hindi, Marathi and English.
Job Stability:
Must have served
at least 3 years in each previous organization
.
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication required.
Age Criteria:
Must be
40 years or younger
at the time of application.
