As a Sales Manager, your role involves developing and implementing sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets within the assigned area. You will be leading, motivating, and managing a team of sales representatives, providing coaching and guidance to improve their performance. Analyzing market trends and identifying new sales opportunities to drive business growth will be a key responsibility. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction is essential. Your responsibilities will include analyzing sales data and reporting on performance, identifying areas for improvement.
