Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Ahmedabad for an Assist/Ops Car Rental position. The role involves overseeing daily operations, coordinating with clients and drivers to ensure timely service, managing bookings and schedules, and addressing customer inquiries or issues. The candidate will support sales activities and contribute to optimizing operational efficiency while ensuring high service standards.

• Strong Operations Management and Project Management skills
• Proficient in Communication and Customer Relations
• Analytical Skills to assess operational data and improve processes
• Sales experience with the ability to manage inquiries and suggest services
• Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively and work in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with the car rental or travel industry is a plus
• Proficiency in relevant software tools or systems is beneficial
