In this role, you will design and develop cutting-edge agentic architectures to tackle complex, real-world challenges using Large Language Models (LLMs) . 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 - Design and implement advanced 𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐜 𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞𝐬 to address complex, real-world industry problems. - 𝐅𝐢𝐧𝐞-𝐭𝐮𝐧𝐞 𝐋𝐋𝐌𝐬 to enhance agent performance and adapt to domain-specific tasks. - Solve practical, real-world industry use cases using AI agents, optimizing for accuracy, scalability, and impact. - Conduct in-depth analysis of state-of-the-art research and integrate the latest AI advancements into production-ready systems. - Enhance agent decision-making and planning capabilities through architectural and model-level innovations. - Continuously research and prototype emerging AI tools, trends, and frameworks. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, translating research into aligned, actionable solutions for product needs. 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝: Hands-on experience fine-tuning LLMs for specific downstream tasks and workflows. 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝: Demonstrated success in solving industry use cases with AI agents ideally in production environments. - Deep understanding of agentic frameworks such as AutoGen, CrewAI LangGraph, or similar. - Strong foundation in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and deep learning concepts. - Proven ability to digest, interpret, and apply insights from cutting-edge AI research. - Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on practical, scalable AI solutions.
