As an AI Researcher at our company, you will be part of a dynamic team focused on designing and developing cutting-edge agentic architectures to address complex real-world challenges using Large Language Models (LLMs). Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing advanced solutions to solve industry problems, enhancing agent performance, and adapting to domain-specific tasks. You will leverage AI agents to solve practical use cases, optimizing for accuracy, scalability, and impact. You will be expected to conduct in-depth analysis of state-of-the-art research, integrating the latest AI advancements into production-ready systems. Your role will involve enhancing agent decision-making and planning capabilities through architectural and model-level innovations. Additionally, you will be responsible for continuously researching and prototyping emerging AI tools, trends, and frameworks. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential to translate research into actionable solutions aligned with product needs.
