About the Role

AI Researcher

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct original research in AI fields including but not limited to machine learning, deep learning, NLP, computer vision, reinforcement learning, or robotics.
  
• Develop new models, algorithms, and methodologies that address complex AI problems.
  
• Collaborate with engineering teams to translate research breakthroughs into scalable, production-ready AI systems.
  
• Publish research papers in top-tier conferences and journals (NeurIPS, ICML, CVPR, ACL, etc.).
  
• Present findings internally and at external conferences, workshops, and seminars.
  
• Stay abreast of the latest AI research trends, tools, and technologies.
  
• Mentor junior researchers and interns, fostering a culture of innovation and inquiry.
  
• Assist in designing experiments, data collection, and evaluation protocols to validate research hypotheses.
  
• Contribute to grant writing, patent applications, and research proposals as needed.
  

Qualifications

• Ph.D. or Masters degree in

  Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, Robotics, Mathematics, or a related field

  .
• Strong research background demonstrated through publications, patents, or impactful projects.
  
• Proficiency in programming languages such as

  Python, C++, or Java

  .
• Experience with AI/ML frameworks like

  TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras

  , or equivalents.
• Solid understanding of mathematical foundations including linear algebra, calculus, probability, and statistics.
  
• Ability to design, implement, and evaluate AI models and algorithms.
  
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and distributed computing is a plus.
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience in specialized AI domains such as NLP, computer vision, reinforcement learning, or explainable AI.
  
• Background in big data processing and working with large datasets.
  
• Knowledge of software engineering best practices and version control (Git).
  
• Experience collaborating in multi-disciplinary research environments.
  
• Proven track record of securing research funding or managing research projects.
