Artificial Intelligence Researcher

Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and innovative AI Researcher to advance the state-of-the-art in artificial intelligence through cutting-edge research. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and evaluate novel AI algorithms and models, contributing to publications, patents, and AI-driven product innovations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct foundational and applied research in artificial intelligence, machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, computer vision, or related areas.
  
• Develop novel algorithms, models, and architectures to solve complex AI problems.
  
• Experiment with large datasets and computational resources to train and optimize AI models.
  
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate research findings into scalable AI solutions.
  
• Publish research papers in top-tier conferences and journals.
  
• Stay current with emerging AI technologies, research trends, and breakthroughs.
  
• Present research outcomes to internal teams and external audiences.
  
• Mentor junior researchers and contribute to building a strong AI research community within the organization.
  

Qualifications:

• PhD or Masters degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, Mathematics, or related field.
  
• Strong background in machine learning, deep learning, or AI algorithms.
  
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, or Java.
  
• Experience with AI frameworks and libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
  
• Proven research experience with publications in reputable conferences or journals.
  
• Solid understanding of statistics, linear algebra, and optimization techniques.
  
• Ability to design and conduct experiments, analyze results, and draw conclusions.
  
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  

Preferred:

• Experience with NLP, computer vision, reinforcement learning, or generative models.
  
• Knowledge of cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for large-scale model training.
